Refund policy


We love 💘 our customers and want you to love your purchases🛍️🛍️! We understand the difficulties of shopping online and strive to provide top-notch service so you will always be happy shopping with us.  Please reach out before ordering for fit and product inquiries.  

Due to the nature of our business, we're unable to offer refunds on all orders as most pieces are printed custom for you at the time of your order.  We do, however, stand behind the quality of the garments.  If you have a defective or misprinted item, please reach out to the Team at P&O at the following email: hello@piperandolivia.com. Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. We do not typically offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Piperandolivia.com because the size is incorrect or there was a change of mind. We're here to help when deciding so reach out via email to hello@piperandolivia.com for sizing recommendations and/or email us with any questions you may have.  We do our best to help you pick the perfect gift or garment.

Non-Refundable Items or Services

All items or services purchased from Piperandolivia.com are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Piper & Olivia. This policy applies, but is not limited to:

  • Gift Cards
  • Custom-made Items
  • Sale Items

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 48 hours of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Piper & Olivia.
  • With Defective or Damaged items, there should be:
    • No visible signs of wear
    • All original packaging intact
    • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 5 days for a possible refund or exchange.
    • Legal Requirements: Following applicable laws, any other conditions or circumstances where we are legally required to offer a refund will be honored.
